Miriam's Promise
Miriam's Promise is a full-service non-profit agency serving families and children in Middle Tennessee and we are very fortunate to have their offices located in our building. Their mission is to ensure the well-being of children before, during, and after birth. Miriam's Promise is affiliated with the Tennessee Conference of the United Methodist Church and is licensed by the Tennessee State Department of Children's Services as a Child-Placing Agency.

Community Care Fellowship
"The Fellowship of Christian Disciples known as Community Care has been in ministry with the homeless and other poor and marginalized persons in Nashville since July 1981, first at McKendree United Methodist Church, and as a stand-alone ministry since September 1984." The congregation of Tulip Street UMC is grateful to be able to participate in this ministry. There are opportunities to serve by volunteering or offering donations. Here is their Priority Needs list:
